CInsault, SA vg

A fuller bodied Cinsault is rich and velvety with notes of blackberry and dark cherry. Aged in barrel for 10-12 months, there’s a nice dash of spice on the finish. As with all the other New Theory wines, sustainable farming and minimal intervention is at the heart of this wine, and it shows, with a great purity of fruit character on the finish.
